Usage data: Pages viewed, search queries, profiles browsed.

Information Sharing
We share data only in the following circumstances:
Profile information (controlled by your Privacy Settings) is visible to other members.
Payment data is shared under strict PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
Limited data shared with trusted verification services under MeitY/DigiLocker API models with explicit consent.
Limited contact info shared for OTP and auth delivery.
Rishtawaala may retrieve Aadhaar, PAN, or other documents securely via verified APIs in compliance with the DPDP Act 2023. We do not store DigiLocker credentials and access records only with your explicit consent.

All data stored in Supabase with RLS (Row Level Security) enforced.
Data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS enforced).
Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
Access restricted on a strict need-to-know basis.
Children's Privacy
The Platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If we discover registration by a minor, the account and all associated data will be deleted instantly.
